Tempest
Tempest is a unique skill based on Zeus. Charge enemies with lightning, then call the bolt down on them.
Lightning and authority. Every hit charges the target, and the thunderbolt cashes it in.
Zeus ruled Olympus with lightning as his final word.

| Thunderbolt Mode 1 Press | A seal of lightning opens over a target within 30 blocks and the bolt falls 0.6s later: 130 lightning plus 45 per Charge on it, all Charge spent on the press.
